Kassar for perfumes collaborates with the shipping companies Aramex, SMSA, and others to deliver your products throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We provide you with a service at different prices for each shipping company: most of the time, the shipping duration is from 3 to 7 working days. The shipping companies offer delivery service to most cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you are outside the urban area, we will ask you, our valued customer, to pick up your order from the nearest SMSA or Aramex office.
Shipment tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment via email or text message.

Replacement
If you are not satisfied with the product due to a defect that occurred during shipping or if you received a different product from your order,

[email protected]) within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will receive from us via email or text message a return slip.
Print it out and bring it to the nearest Aramex or SMSA office near you, or coordinate with the staff responsible for that.
Returns and refunds
Returns are available to the customer if they do not wish to keep the purchase within no more than two days from receiving the order from the shipping companies, provided the returned item is in the same condition without opening the box or any damage caused by the customer, and the customer bears the shipping costs.
If the order was sent incorrectly, the store will bear that cost, in addition to if there is a manufacturing defect.
